About this prompt pack
28-Day Content Calendar System
Sunday: two hours writing captions. Wednesday: edit, edit, edit. Thursday: post one thing. Friday: realise the email never went out. One post a week is what a disorganised content process produces. This pack replaces it with a system of eleven chained prompts: three you run once to set up (a one-page brand brief, voice rules extracted from your best posts, a four-pillar topic grid), two you run monthly (a 30-hook bank and the 28-day calendar itself), three you run daily (the caption, a 30-second script, a trend twist) and three you run weekly (repurposing, comment replies, and a metrics review that edits next week's calendar instead of just reporting on it).
How to use. Follow INDEX.md. Run 01–03 once and save their outputs — every later prompt starts with "Use my brand brief and voice rules". Run 04–05 at the start of each month; the calendar rotates educate / entertain / showcase / behind-the-scenes / sell and never sells twice in a row. Each morning, paste the day's calendar row into 06 and post. Sunday night, run 11 and let it rewrite next week.
What to change. Rename the pillars to fit your category; the rotation rule is what matters. For LinkedIn, change "captions" to "posts" in 06 and extend the length rule in 02. For a two-platform brand, add a platform column to 05.
Not a fit. Agencies running many accounts — run one system per brand — and paid creative, which needs angle testing, not a calendar.
