About this prompt
Voice-of-Customer Brief From Raw Reviews
Every product already has its copy written — in the reviews, support tickets and forum threads where customers describe their problem in their own words. This prompt reads a batch of those reviews and returns a one-page brief: the top five pains, dream outcomes and objections, each in verbatim customer phrasing with a mention count, plus the words customers actually use and the brand words they never use.
How to use. Paste 20–60 reviews (App Store, G2, Amazon, Reddit, support exports all work). Fill in the product, source, competitors and audience variables. Run it once per product line and save the output — it is sized to sit at the top of every future copywriting, ad or email prompt so the model writes in the reader's language instead of yours.
What to change. Raise the list lengths to 7 if you have 100+ reviews. If you want objections for a specific competitor, name it in {{competitors}}. For B2B, swap reviews for call transcripts and increase the word limit; the structure holds.
What it will not do. It cannot invent sentiment that is not in the input. If the output comes back thin, the fix is more reviews, not a longer prompt.
